2) Notice at Collection (U.S.)

We may collect the categories of personal information listed below for the business purposes described. We do not “sell” personal information for money. For EEA/UK visitors, our GDPR bases include legitimate interests (operate, secure, measure) and, where required, consent for non-essential cookies.

5) Retention

  • Pasted URLs: handled in real time; not kept longer than technically necessary to fulfill and secure the request.
  • Technical logs: kept for a limited, reasonable period for security and operations.
  • Analytics data: stored in aggregated/pseudonymous form per the analytics provider’s policies.

6) Sharing & Disclosures

We share information only as needed with service providers (e.g., hosting, security, analytics), with competent authorities when legally required, and via support channels when you contact us. We have no affiliation with the third-party shortener services referenced by users.

7) Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics (via gtag.js) to produce aggregated statistics. IP anonymization is enabled (anonymize_ip: true). Depending on your jurisdiction, consent may be required before setting non-essential cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices
  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
  • Use “Do Not Track” where available (respect may vary by site/tool).
  • Use browser extensions that limit tracking if you prefer.

8) Your U.S. Privacy Rights (including California)

Depending on your state, you may have the right to: (i) know/access certain information; (ii) delete personal information; (iii) correct inaccuracies; (iv) opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and certain targeted advertising; and (v) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share identifiers with analytics providers; treat this as “sharing” under California law. You can opt out of such “sharing” by adjusting cookie/analytics preferences or blocking analytics cookies (see “Cookies & Analytics”).

To submit a request (access, delete, correct, or opt-out), contact us via our Discord. We may take reasonable steps to verify your request. You may use an authorized agent subject to verification.

California “Shine the Light”: we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

9) International Visitors & GDPR (EEA/UK)

If you are in the EEA/UK, you have rights under the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. When processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (without affecting prior processing). Some providers (e.g., analytics) may process data outside your country; appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) may apply.

10) Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, limited logging) to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

11) Children’s Privacy

Our services are for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
